This page constitutes notice of our standard confidentiality expectations for all business relationships.
What is confidential
Pricing models, margin structures, installer agreements, lead routing logic, platform architecture, customer data, and any non-public business information.
Obligations
Do not disclose confidential information to third parties, do not use it for competitive purposes, and do not reproduce it without written consent.
Duration
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any business relationship for 3 years.
